The Chef & Owner is Shane Cobert, a Culinary Institute of America graduate. He graduated in May of 2006. He went on to work for several restaurant groups, country clubs, hotels and opening restaurants across NJ and working with celebrity chefs. Shane has the passion, drive and dedication to quality and consistency that makes his food superior to that of his competition. His food will make your mouth water and taste buds do back flips.
Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. Each item is prepared fresh daily with only the best quality ingredients. No entree or sauce is frozen or prepackaged. The food comes in fresh and served fresh. The spices and influences from around the Mediterranean region are used to inspire every dish created on and off the menu.
Our goal is not only to serve you the best cuisine possible, but to make sure you have an exceptional dining experience.
